Are the stickers food-safe?
We make all our stickers as safe as possible with carefully selected materials, adhesives and toners. This results in food-safe stickers with all certifications depending on the application you require. With polypropylene, they’re food-safe on the outside of packaging, whereas with unvarnished paper, they can be applied directly on the edible item itself. If in doubt, please get in touch.
What are the other benefits of the materials?
Polypropylene is waterproof, weatherproof, tear-resistant and generally more durable. Paper is more cost-effective.
What finishes can I choose from?
You have the choice of matt, gloss, metallic, clear and textured paper. Please note that certain finishes (metallic and clear) are polypropylene only.
What about vinyl?
Standard PVC vinyl is considered too toxic for food applications. This is why we offer polypropylene. It has almost the exact same properties as vinyl, but it’s safe for use with food. That’s why it’s the industry-standard alternative to paper in the food production industry.
Can I choose any shape and size?
Of course! You can choose any height and width right down to the exact millimetre, along with a whole host of shapes including custom cut.
What do you use to assure quality?
We’ve proud to use industry-leading Xeikon 3300 presses. These state-of-the-art machines provide detail and colour depth which easily rival any major brand. Plus, with such efficient run-speed, we can still offer this level of quality with some of the UK’s lowest prices. No need to sacrifice one for the other!
