Polypropylene label examples

Good looking, but tough

We combine high-density polypropylene with specialist toners and optional laminates. This makes your labels waterproof and weatherproof, as well as scratch, tear, UV and abrasion resistant.

As for printing, we only use Xeikon technology for industry-leading quality. This is vital if your labels are representing your brand or promoting your product, where first impressions can have a measurable impact on your sales.

Polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer with qualities that makes it an ideal material for custom labels and stickers. It’s waterproof (and resistant to most liquids in general), UV resistant, tear-resistant, stretch-resistant and much more.

It’s also has strong chemical resistance, making it safe for certain food-safe label uses.

The properties of the material also allow for effective polypropylene sticker printing. It’s an opaque material, with a surface that creates strong toner adhesion while remaining smooth for a refined finish.

With Discount Sticker Printing, you can have your custom polypropylene labels supplied on rolls, sheets or as individually kiss cut, with rolls being a popular option for commercial applications.

What shape and size can I choose?

Your polypropylene labels will be suitable for uses in up to 80c, and up to 95c for short periods. As for colder temperatures, the adhesive labels can handle as low as -30c.
