    Message Support with your order number and a short note. Photos help.

  2. We confirm the best fix

    We usually arrange a free reprint. If a return is needed, we will confirm the steps and send a label where applicable.

  3. Pack and send within 90 days

    Your parcel must arrive at our facility within 90 days of delivery. Items need to be unused, complete and in the original packaging.

    Postage: we cover faulty or not-as-described returns. For change of mind, you pay return postage. The standard outbound delivery charge is refunded where required by law.

  4. Reprint or refund

    We prioritise a fast reprint. If you would prefer a refund, you can request one once any requested return is received and checked. Refunds are usually processed within 7 to 14 days.
