Sticker sheets consist of an adhesive sticker sheet with each design cut out through only the surface layer of the sheet. This allows the stickers to be peeled off one at a time while keeping the sheet intact. This is why they’re called “kiss cut”, as the cut is only made through the sticker material and not all the way through the backing. They’re a fantastic way to distribute multiple sticker designs and shapes on single sheets. Perfect for branding, merchandise, marketing, freebies and much more.

How to order

There are two ways we can accept your artwork. Firstly, you can upload an EPS, AI or PSD file with one layer showing the design, and another layer showing the kiss cut outlines you would like. The second option is to send us a flat artwork file (PDF or JPEG) and tell us where you would like the kiss-cuts to be made using the notes box during checkout. Generally, it’s fairly obvious where the cuts are needed just by looking at the artwork. If this is the case, we’ll create a PDF proof showing the design and cut lines for your approval before we start printing.

Either way, we’ll always manually review and proof your artwork before proceeding, so you have complete piece of mind that your stickers will turn out perfect. Once they’re printed with our industry-leading Xeikon presses, we’ll dispatch your custom kiss-cut sticker sheets with FREE next-day UK delivery after dispatch. What is the quality of your printing like?

Can I have multiple shapes on the sticker sheets?

Of course! You can include as many stickers in as many shapes as you like. With our laser-cutting technology, we can kiss-cut around even the most complicated shapes with ease.

What are the limitations?

All you need to know is that there must be at least ##mm between each sticker, and that the cut lines must be at least #mm away from the sticker designs themselves. Each individually kiss-cut sticker must also be at least ##mm by ##mm in size.

What kiss-cut sheet sizes do you offer?

What are the materials?

Your kiss-cut stickers can be provided in polypropylene vinyl, which is waterproof, weatherproof and extra durable, or paper, which is more cost-effective.

How should I supply the artwork?

We print each sheet as if it were one large sticker and then kiss-cut around all the designs on the sheet so they’re ready to be peeled off individually. This means you should supply the artwork for the entire sheet and not for individual stickers. You can either upload an EPS/AI file with a design layer and cut outline layer, or supply normal artwork (PDF/JPEG) and inform us of where you would like the kiss-cuts to be made. Remember, we offer a free manual review and PDF proof as standard, so your stickers won’t go to print unless you’re 100% happy with the designs and cut lines.
